All seats for the all new F1 season are taken. Today, Caterham confirmed that they will have a all new driver line up for 2014. Pic and Van der Garde are replaced by former Sauber F1 and Ferrari WEC driver Kamui "Kamuikaze" Kobayashi and by swedish GP2 driver Marcus Ericsson.
Kobayashi has quite a bit of F1 experience. He was driving for Toyota in 2009 as a reserve driver and from 2010 to 2012 he was at Sauber F1. His career highlight was a third place finish at the 2012 GP Japan. He was best known for his very aggressive and overtake happy driving style. In 2013 he lost his F1 seat and joined Ferrari in the WEC where he showed great performances in the 458 GTE.
Ericsson on the other hand is a mediocre GP2 driver who had a win or two but only finished in 6th. Let's see how he will do in F1. I think he will have a hard time against Kamui.
With Caterham all set the field is complete.
Red Bull: Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo
Mercedes GP: Lewis Hamilton, Nico Rosberg
Ferrari: Fernando Alonso, Kimi Räikkönen
Lotus: Romain Grosjean, Pastor Maldonado
Mclaren: Jenson Button, Kevin Magnussen
Force India: Nico Hülkenberg, Sergio Perez
Sauber F1: Adrian Sutil, Esteban Gutierez
Torro Rosso: Jean-Eric Vergne, Daniel Kvijat
Williams: Felipe Massa, Valteri Bottas
Marussia: Jules Bianchi, Max Chilton
Caterham: Kamui Kobayashi, Marcus Ericsson

My preview for this season:
Red bull will start slow, but end the season as always. - Vettel five times champion.
Ferrari will face a serious ego problem with the drivers.
Lotus will struggle with the debt.
Mclaren will return to the top, but won't be a challenge to the other two (Ferrari/RB)
Willians starts to get back on theyr feet. will be one of the top teams next year
Force india and sauber still in the middle, and marussia and caterham will be at the back.
And since I can't post here on Oppo (if someone can help me with that!!!), here a awesome video of the real F1.. no paddle shift, no traction control..
(pay atention to the lap in detroit in wet conditions.. so much oppo!)

Di Resta already signed with Mercedes for DTM and a possible third driver job.

You can't post on Oppo? There is someone who can unlock that feature, I just don't know who it was again. Try to comment below one of the "Best of Oppositelock" posts, they will help you.
My prediction: The first half of the season will be a tight battle between Ferrari, Mercedes and McLaren. Red Bull and Lotus not far behind. After some time Red Bull will catch up and dominate as usual, with McLaren falling behind. So in the end Mercedes and Ferrari will have to depend on the points they scored before to stop Vettel from taking the 5th championship.

The only reason was that Kimi isn't stupid. RB is a marketing machine, and that's exactly what he hates.

You forgot Mercedes. I think they'll be able to maintain their momentum and have another front-running car. Hopefully they'll be able to get a better grasp on the tires this year.
Also, I've made you an author, welcome.

Tks Bro.
I'll try to make at least one brazilian car post for week.
and I noticed after I posted that I forgot Mercedes...
For them, I think they will run in front, with Rosberg cracking Hamilton's back. (I think he will be back at woking next year!)

Maybe if Ferrari realized the correlation between winning races and being an effective marketing machine they'd be one, too.

The difference between Ferrari and RB is the amount of advertisement and marketing they have. You will find a RB sponsored event, team or athlete anywhere. The same can't be said for Ferrari.
That's why the amount of marketing activities for Red Bull is multiple times higher.

I am a big fan of excellence. I understand that Ferrari makes some of the most excellent road-going performance cars in the world, ever. I also understand that they turn the knobs up even farther for the engineering of their racing cars. But I can't participate in this in any way at all outside the spectator realm, and I'm not buying a $50 keychain or a $300 hoodie to be economically connected to it.
Likewise Red Bull, even though it is not nominally their main product, is also a proponent and indeed producer of athletic and engineering excellence. From the Red Bull Rampage mountain bike runs to all the various motorsports programs they sponsor, to Felix Effin' Baumgartner , and I can have a vicarious and yet economically tangible connection to it all with a $2 drink that you could very well argue would be overpriced if it were not subsidizing all those efforts.

Ferrari swag isn't that expensive: You can get shampoo for like 5€, a keychain is about 10. Horacio Pagani once said that Ferrari is more of a T-Shirt company than a sportscar maker right now.
Oh, I am a big fan of Red Bull in general. They even sponsor local athletes and events, something many companies don't. And there is no denial in some cool vibe the brand has.
But I absolutely hate the F1 team. They use a astronomical budget. They use questionable technical solutions (especially in 2012 when they had real rivals). They use huge politics - far worse than Ferrari during Todt days. Seriously, Helmut Marko is the biggest prick in the paddock.
